July 2019 finds 15 Rolling Hills properties for sale ranging in price from a low of $1,695,000 to $19,800,000. There are four RH properties in escrow with accepted offers, and nine Rolling Hills residences have sold thus far in 2019. There are 261 single-family homes for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. 108 PV single-family residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 285 Palos Verdes single-family properties have sold thus far in 2019. Based on the number of listings and sales, the Palos Verdes single family real estate market still favors sellers.
