For the purpose of this real estate report on Hermosa Beach luxury homes "luxury" will be defined as residential property (single family, townhouse, condo) priced at or above $2,000,000. Four Hermosa Beach luxury properties sold during January 2015.  The sale prices ranged from a low of $2,005,000 to $3,000,000. Seven Hermosa Beach luxury homes are in escrow with accepted offers. I checked our Wordpress website / blog and was delighted to see during 2014 visitors from 86 countries checked out the real estate information we provide.  Of course I immediately set a higher goal for 2015 of 100 countries.  Our real estate knowledge is local but our reach is definitely global. The Beach Cities of Los Angeles continues to be one of the hottest markets for income units in the South Bay area.  The demand for 2-4 unit buildings has soared, with developers grabbing up the smaller buildings to replace them with quick profit townhome build outs.  Investors are chasing the triplex and fourplex market due to attractive financing.  But even the larger complexes are selling too, with sales going over $5 million on a regular basis.
