Here's the scoop on high-end luxury homes sales on the Palos Verdes Peninsula for March 2012: 3 Palos Verdes Estates homes sold for more than $2,000,000 in March.  The neighborhoods claiming the sales are: Lunada Bay:  One sale at $2,175,000.  The home was on the market for over one year with an original asking price of $2,498,000.
