Rolling Hills Estates and PVP Single Family Homes Snapshot July 2018

There are over 200 homes for sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, but only 22 single-family homes are listed for sale in Rolling Hills Estates and the unincorporated neighborhoods on the Palos Verdes Peninsula (Westfield, Academy Hills, etc.) along Palos Verdes Drive North. Nine RHE and PVP residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 42 single family houses have sold in Rolling Hills Estates and PVP unincorporated areas year-to-date.
