Palos Verdes Drive South Coastline

I know, the year’s not over yet, but I am making video updates on each of the 17 neighborhoods in Palos Verdes and posting the highest and lowest sale YTD in each area.  Although I have six more to do, my curiosity got the best of me and I just had to check the price bookends for Palos Verdes homes sales in 2012.

As of December 5, 2012 593 single family homes in Palos Verdes closed escrow per the MLS. The highest sale was $7,000,000 for a gated equestrian estate in Rolling Hills.  The lowest price paid was $426,000 for 741 sq. ft. fixer in the Eastview neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes.

So there you have it–prices in Palos Verdes range from the low $400K to $7M for single family homes with 591 sales falling somewhere in between.  Banish the thought there is not a house for you in Palos Verdes![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
