Here’s what is happening in the local market as of August 2015:

There are currently 212 single family homes for sale on the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula.  This number reflects a slight increase in inventory when compared to the number of available homes for sale earlier this year.

However, the housing market in Palos Verdes is still a strong market for sellers.  Here’s why:  101 Palos Verdes single family homes are in escrow with accepted offers.
