Palos Verdes Real Estate Market Update May 2019

Inventory is up slightly from last month, but the housing market on the Palos Verdes Peninsula continues to favor sellers. There are 230 Palos Verdes single family homes for sale. The Palos Verdes Estates single-family real estate market returned to a seller's market this month. There are 39 single-family homes for sale in PVE, 16 are in escrow, and three Palos Verdes Estates homes sold thus far in 2019. Palos Verdes single family homes inventory is hovering around 150 homes for sale. Last year the number was closer to 200 single family homes for sale at any given time.
