Here’s the scoop on high-end luxury homes sales on the Palos Verdes Peninsula for March 2012:

3 Palos Verdes Estates homes sold for more than $2,000,000 in March.  The neighborhoods claiming the sales are:

Lunada Bay:  One sale at $2,175,000.  The home was on the market for over one year with an original asking price of $2,498,000.

Monte Malaga:  Posted two sales.  A home on Via Lopez sold for $3,750,000 and was originally listed for just under $4,000,000.  The second sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood sold for $2,150,000 in 28 days with an original list price of $2,375,000.


2 Rancho Palos Verdes homes sold for more than $2,000,000 last month.  The neighborhoods claiming the sales are:

Palos Verdes Drive West:  A one-level home in the ocean front community of Oceanfront Estates sold for $2,950,000 after 123 days on the market.  The original list price was $2,999,900.

Palos Verdes Drive East:  A home in Miraleste Hills sold for $2,425,000 after 175 days on the market and an original list price of $2,575,000.
