If you live or are contemplating purchasing a home in Rolling Hills Estates or the unincorporated area of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, my Little Yellow Dot will give you a market update at a glance.  How easy was that? No graphs and charts to decipher or a lengthy analytical synopsis of the local real estate conditions.  🙂  However, I can provide more details if wanted or needed.

There are 26 single-family homes listed for sale in RHE and PVP. Eight residences are in escrow with accepted offers, and 48 Rolling Hills Estates and Palos Verdes Peninsula single-family homes have sold thus far in 2018.

The aging seller’s market in Palos Verdes is beginning to edge its way toward a neutral market favoring neither the seller nor the buyer.
